A Novel PER Degradation Model for VANETs

PROJECT TITLE :

A Novel PER Degradation Model for VANETs

ABSTRACT:

In this work, we have a tendency to gift a brand new channel modeling approach for vehicular networks, where there are frequent topology changes thanks to a high grade of mobility. The Markov-based mostly trace analysis is used to investigate packet error rate degradation dynamics in relation to each Doppler shift and signal to noise ratio. Once the model definition, we have a tendency to applied a further polynomial regression to remove dependence on boundary parameters. Differing from existing works, our idea takes into account the stochastic behavior of wireless links, despite most of the existing closed forms. We thought-about MATLAB for evaluation of the proposed model. We have a tendency to conjointly propose numerical results as a potential application of our study.
