Enhancing online power estimation accuracy for smartphones

PROJECT TITLE :

Enhancing online power estimation accuracy for smartphones

ABSTRACT :

This paper proposes a complicated on-line power estimation technique for multi-core smartphones. The proposed technique models each hardware part's power behavior, considering the component's power consumption characteristics. Our analysis results show that the proposed technique has high accuracy (ninety two.8percent˜97.2p.c) for applications in our evaluations, enough to be used in real smartphones.
