Controlling and Managing the Power of a Grid-Connected System PROJECT TITLE : Control and Power Management of a Grid Connected ABSTRACT: Designing and analysing a photovoltaic system for plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) load in addition to typical residential needs is the primary purpose of this work. A DC connection connects two subsystems in this system, allowing them to communicate with each other. As a starting point, let's look at the solar energy harvesting system, which includes a PV array, a current-controlled boost converter, and an MPPT system. As a second subsystem, a DC/AC inverter and battery packs are employed to store energy. Current controllers have all been selected as sliding mode controllers, which are better able to withstand the effects of parametric uncertainty. In order to govern the flow of power between the grid and the battery packs, a power management algorithm is devised. Within a year, the system's performance and dependability are offered for simulations. Did you like this research project? To get this research project Guidelines, Training and Code...
