PROJECT TITLE :

Phase-Domain Line/Cable Model Through Second-Order Blocks

ABSTRACT:

This paper introduces a new realization for a section-domain line model and proposes methodologies to extend its numerical performance. The new realization is based on the management of advanced poles which will arise when deriving rational models by suggests that of second-order states. The accuracy and numerical performance of the proposed realization is assessed through its application to representative examples and therefore the comparison against alternative methodologies. It is demonstrated that the proposed methodology will increase substantially the numerical potency of the model.
