Energy consumption in the globe is steadily increasing. Taking transportation as a straightforward example, a lot of and a lot of airplanes, ship, buses, trains, and trams are being brought into service. Considering environmental problems and international warming, carbon dioxide emission from transportation vehicles using internalcombustion engines desires to be reduced. Increasing demand for passenger services is also increasing the demand for energy, particularly in electrical type. Continuing to satisfy such a requirement simply by building ever larger power networks may be disastrous; e.g., following the East-Japan earthquake of March 11, 201one, abundant public service equipment stopped operating as a result of of electrical blackout over a wide space.
